Absolutely brilliant afternoon with John and Joanne. John is so knowledgeable about the whole process with lots of information on the history too. Of course you get to try their gin while making your own. Lovely buffet too with local produce. Cant wait to try our gin after a week or so as advised cos the taste we had before it was bottled was VERY nice. You get to keep the recipe on file so you can order more. I advise a stay at the Collingwood Arms too safer than trying to drive home after😍
